This is the highest award that a Girl Scout can earn.  This is a 90 hour sustainable project for the community 

Awarded to students who go above and beyond in their work with the community.  Awarded this in 2019 after working to secure the polling location for Texas State University.

Awarded to people who go above civically for their community.  Been awarded this 6 times
